
I attended the soft opening for Sid’s Garage at 10th and Main Thursday night.
Regular listeners already know I’m a fan of the restaurant location at The Village at Meridian. Their sweet potato waffle cut fries made my cry with joy last year.
Now, find a second location in Downtown Boise.
Operations director Daniel Colombo stopped by River Mornings. I met him last night at the big hair rock star party.

The garage doors were up and it was a perfect evening. My daughter Aviana attended the event with me.

Sid’s Garage serves as much local food as possible, including beef from Snake River Farms and local beers.



This sangria was sooo good!

Crumbled, candied bacon on the macaroni and cheese.
