Dive Bar Tour: Navajo Room

Next stop on our tour of “dive bars” brought us to Emerald St. on the Boise Bench.

None of us had ever been inside the Navajo Room before. There’s not as much Native American decoration as I expected.

Several booths, a couple of round tables, an Addams Family pinball machine and a row of pull-tab lottery ticket machines. They look like slot machines.

We had a pitcher of Sierra Nevada pale ale and a round of Fireball shots.

Everyone there was sitting at the bar. Fun to chat with them!
