Making Zoodles

Fresh garden pasta

I try not to add to our overstuffed kitchen gadget drawer, but…I have zucchini to eat.

I got a spiralizer for about ten dollars.

Cut both ends off the zucchini and twist it against the blades. It’s not meant for high-production. Select a more expensive model with a handle for that.

Zucchini noodles = zoodles. They can be stir-fried or blanched to use like pasta.

I used mine raw as a salad topper.

By the way, I am growing zephyr summer squash. The skin is green and yellow.
