Favorite Flowers

Agastache, sometimes called hummingbird mint, is a spiky addition to planters, pots and baskets.

It’s also called hyssop. Brush against the leaves and there is a sweet licorice scent.

Irresistible to bees, butterflies, wasps and hummingbirds.

It’s a perennial. I find the plants last a couple of years. Bonus: they re-seed themselves and are easily grown from seed.
